Supply of Liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Tanker to a world-known beverage manufacturer. This CO2 Tanker is used to transport liquid carbon dioxide from the Client’s production plant to their distant manufacturing plant located in different cities.

This CO2 tanker is composed of two major components – a pressure vessel and a trailer. The pressure vessel was designed to handle high-pressure and low-temperature liquid CO2, it is insulated with polyurethane insulation and stainless steel. The CO2 vessel is mounted to a heavy-duty trailer from a trusted local supplier.

Also, the Liquid CO2 Storage Tank was designed in accordance with the 2010 ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code VIII Division 1 – Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels. The pressure vessel underwent and complied with the following mechanical procedures to assure the quality of the said unit. The CO2 vessel passed liquid penetrant testing, post-weld heat treatments, radiographic testing, leak testing, and hydro-test.
