Installation, technical supervision, and quality assurance of an Oil Refinery’s Limestone Pulverizing Plant for a leading petroleum producer.
Hayama Industrial Corporation installed materials handling equipment from piping/ducting works to towering bucket elevators that were used to transfer and handle raw materials to simultaneously installed different processing equipment.
Coarse limestone underwent magnetic separators to remove any metallic impurities in the product before entering a hammer mill that crushed and pulverized limestone into a more fine state. Also Included in the system is a cyclone dust collector that traps and collects dust particles produced throughout the process.
Pulverized limestone is then stored in silo storage tanks that will be used further for processes of oil refinery production.
